The Smallmatek 4.0 project aims to implement actions that will improve and automate Smallmatek’s production process, making it more efficient through digitalization.

With the Smallmatek 4.0 project, the company aims to optimize, automate, and digitalize three areas of its production process through:

1)the implementation of a production process monitoring and control system (integration with the current reactor automation system), aiming at its full digitalization;

2)the implementation of advanced digital procedures and technologies for stock and inventory management, enabling better control and logistics planning;

3)the upgrade of the local server and network equipment to implement improvements that support the storage, management, and processing of data generated by the aforementioned digital transition.

This project aims to increase the efficiency, quality, and robustness of the production process, meeting the needs of our customers.
